Acquaintance with the methods and forms of training of experts of emergency and rescue units and special units according to the world standards and requirements of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)
Since Ukraine's accession to the EU, EU requirements have arisen regarding the implementation of European standards and certificates in Ukraine, both for facilities and for personnel, including airport operations.
The order of the State Aviation Service No. 849 of 06.11.2017 from 2019 introduced the European Regulation No. 139 concerning the certification of aerodromes, which provides for the training of ARC personnel on certified EASA landfills, equipped with all necessary, including refractory models of aircraft. There are no such landfills in Ukraine.
In cooperation with the participant of the Association "Airports of Ukraine" CA (AAUCA) - Training Base Weeze (Germany, Düsseldorf) and for the organization of AAUCA from 24.09 to 27.09.2019. A visit of SESP representatives to the TrainingBaseWeeze training base took place.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the capabilities of the Weeze Training Center, the infrastructure of the base, which provides training and retraining of fire, rescue, special purpose and police personnel. On the basis of Weeze, about 20,000 specialists are trained annually in various fields of activity of the force units, and 120 trained certified trainers are involved, who participate in the educational process.
Delegations were presented with scenarios of practical training for fire and rescue personnel carried out in accordance with EASA (Private Passenger Rescue and Fire Fighting) regulations.
SES representatives got acquainted with the interest and interest of the activity of the manufacturer of special fire-fighting vehicles and equipment of Kronenburg Wanroij. For members of the delegation organized a familiarization with the work of the fire half a million, port city of Duisburg, where they got acquainted with a presentation on the activities of management bodies during the liquidation of the consequences of the emergency, the order of involvement of the main and voluntary rescue units, training of staff, visited the center, and visited the center. response, inspected the infrastructure and equipment of the fire department.
The presence of volunteer firefighters and rescuers aroused the interest of the participants, since such practice of cooperation with the main units in Ukraine is not foreseen.

In summarizing the visit, it was decided to continue the joint cooperation in the training of trainers according to European standards, which in the future will be able to train the personnel of the emergency and rescue units of airports and security agencies with the issuance of European certificates.
