The first tourist chatbot by the portal VisitUkraine.Today is already available for everyone to use.
A useful service in Telegram was launched on January 11. It will come in handy for everyone who is planning their trip to Ukraine, as well as for Ukrainians who are going to visit foreign countries.
The smart chatbot contains short answers to the most common questions regarding crossing the Ukrainian border, in particular:
• What are the rules for entering the country from the “green” and “red” zones;
• Is it necessary to observe self-isolation, to do PCR testing;
• Is a health insurance policy needed and where to get it;
• Open checkpoints on the Ukrainian border for those who travel by land transport;
• Rules of stay in the country, airports, public places, public transport.
It will also help Ukrainian citizens plan a safe trip abroad and find out up-to-date information on the requirements for entering 196 countries of the world.
The service is available in three languages — Ukrainian, English, and Russian.
